Paleo-core scientists extract 1-metre sediment cores from the ground to better understand how historical events have shaped the health of our planet. To make this complex science both relatable and engaging, we developed a game where participants match each sediment layer to its corresponding historical event. This hands-on activity makes paleo-core research accessible and fun, helping players appreciate its importance.
This game is also adaptable for explaining scientific processes in various steps, such as scientific methodology or genetic modification. It’s a versatile tool for a wide range of researchers!
