This interdisciplinary (and interactive!) workshop brings together a wide range of experts to unpack the science inside(mechanics, materials, and design), behind(neurological and physiological responses), and around(historical, ethical, and cultural contexts) these ubiquitous devices. For anyone who wants to probe the fascinating world of vibrators, from engineering marvels to cultural taboos.
